Establish digital production at a startup agency and lead digital for three tablet launches.
The Martin Agency and McCann WorldGroup combined forces to win Microsoft as a client, and created a new agency — “M:United” — in the process. While employed at The Martin Agency, I consulted at M:United to set up their digital production group, deliver customer-centric digital strategy, and hire three Senior Digital Producers to service our colossal, high-expectations client.
Within a month, I established a smooth working relationship with the clients and codified operations best practices to get the digital team off the ground.
As a player-coach, I managed three lines of Microsoft digital media creative development and production — Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro, Surface Pro 3, HP Stream 11.
